IF YOU MUST PAY IN PERSON, YOU CAN PAY BY MONEY ORDER, CASH OR CARD FOR A RETURN CHECK OR BANK DRAFT.
*You will receive a processing fee on any payment made after 8:00 am on the first business day after the 15th of each month.
*Please note if your service has been disrupted or disconnected and you paid online or by phone you must call the Customer Care Team at 575-356-6662 option 1.
