PUBLIC UTILITY DEPARTMENTS: 
Public Utility is composed of the following departments: Utility Billing, Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste, GIS and City Mechanics.
 
The Department is responsible for the day to day operations of each department, as well as planning for the future.
