The Fire Marshall and team investigators/inspectors investigate fires and do building inspections in conjunction with the City inspector. They also assist schools and day cares with fire drills. They work with the State, insurance companies, and the City to determine cause of a fire. They use the International Fire Code 2009 version and the Life Safety Code 101.
